I have newly acquired a 9 acre paddock and a 4 acre paddock, both with barns and I would like to start utilizing the space starting in September 2024. There is water and feeding troughs and the property has had cattle in the past. It is a little weathered and in need of TLC and I am in process of upgrading the facilities. I am seeing someone with cattle or sheep who wants to utilize the land in exchange for a small portion of the product.
